About Us

With experience in systems such as variable refrigerant flow for high rise applications, chilled beams, chilled ceilings, displacement ventilation and natural ventilation, IACSA has been the pioneer in new technology in Mexico.

In 2006, IACSA was contracted to join the design team for the first LEED project in Latin America, the HSBC corporate office tower. In that same year, IACSA expanded to include sustainable solutions such as LEED certification, energy modeling, and commissioning to its permanent roster of services.

In 2006 Alex began his career at IACSA and has been dedicated to building platforms, reaching new markets, and implementing systems that positively affect the Latin American market and local communities. Beyond his career, he is dedicated to professional organizations and was previously president of ASHRAE Mexico City and vice president of SUME (Mexico Green Building Council.)

Founding Partner

José Luis started his HVAC journey in 1981 in operations and contracting. Shortly after in 1993 he founded IACSA and within a year he was included to join the design team for the largest high-rise in Mexico City. His elite clientele have worked with him for decades, as he is among the top HVAC designers in Latin America. His association involvement includes the ASHRAE Mexico City chapter and SUME.

Mariana Trillo

Human Resource Director

Mariana joined IACSA in 2008 to build and expand the administrative and human resources departments. Prior to this experience, she held multi-functional positions at Wunderman, American Express, and Grey Group. She recently received her masters at Tecmilenio University in positive leadership and has been able to apply her learnings to leadership strategies.

Luis Adrián Cuevas
Luis Adrián Cuevas

Commercial Director

Adrian holds a bachelor of architecture and specializes in sustainability. His passion led him to a career in business development and new business strategy, commercial operation, system development, marketing, and circular economy business. For more than 3 years, Adrian has held positions as a professor in university such as BUAP, Cristóbal Colón, UP Universidad Panamericana, and UDEM.
